Insurance accepted
I’m proud to be an in-network provider, so your visits may be covered with only a copay or coinsurance.
Coverage varies from plan to plan. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your behavioral health benefits, copay, and any deductible before your first session.
Don’t see your plan?
If I’m not in-network with your insurance, you’re still welcome as a self-pay client at the $149 rate. On request, I can provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check your plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits to see what may be reimbursed.
Your Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. If you’re uninsured or paying out of pocket, you’re entitled to an estimate of expected charges before we begin.
I’ll provide your written estimate at the start of care, and you can request one anytime. There are no hidden fees — you’ll always know what to expect.
Payment & policies
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards, securely through the client portal.
Cancellations
Life happens — I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
